four oysters on the half shell (traditional) – When it comes to eating raw oysters, I like to eat the smaller ones. I always had this theory that the smaller oysters were more fresh and “healthy” to eat because they are younger! When they are younger, they have filtered through the sea water far less than the larger and older oysters. Also, I don’t like the large, white, lumpy, chewy center of the big oysters! But here, they serve all small oysters! Big plus for me! 😀
Chef’s Crudo (which changes daily) albacore tuna sashimi – Pretty fresh, thick slices that melt in your mouth and feel so refreshing, light, and cool to touch. Eat it all together with the condiments of pepper and green! It all goes well together 😀
lobster mac and cheese – main lobster, parmesan, herbs, truffle oil – This was extremely cheesy and fun to eat! As you can see, there are generous, huge chunks of lobster! Well worth the money I think! $22 😀
lobster roll (dressed) – Chunks of cold lobster mixed with a light mixture of mayo aioli sauce. This was very refreshing to eat if you want the cold version of the undressed lobster roll. Personally, it is on the heavier side of mayo for me. Also included were sweet potato chips. The chips were deliciously crispy and thin! I felt slightly healthy to eat them even though it’s fried. 😀
So if you’re ever craving oysters and want to hit happy hour times, come check this place out! Guarantee there is also a shorter wait here versus EMC too! I think this is a low-key good place to eat at and oyster heaven! <3
