Emilio’s “Muscle Man” Post-Workout Burrito – rice base, jerk chicken, salmon sashimi, spicy tuna, cucumber, avocado, pickled red onions, spicy mayo, poke dressing ($12.95). I thought it was going to be a massive sushi burrito like.. Chipotle-size, but it wasn’t. Still really good and easier to eat because it was actually manageable to take bites out of it. I have never eaten chicken with raw fish before, but it wasn’t anything too drastically different. Furthermore, that spicy sauce gave it that kick that I like!
So all of the entrees are the same and are laid out like this! Here you have fresh edamame (not salted), seaweed salad atop salad with dressing. There is your wasabi and ginger and soy sauce plate. There is also a small, cute cup of miso soup with some seaweed and tofu bits inside! My favorite are the sweet potato tempura they have! (There are three pieces total.. I just ate one before I took the picture :D). This side was my favorite! I already love sweet potato and meal prepping it is already delicious.. but now as tempura-style? Holy moly! It was delicious! Served cold, but still crunchy and tasty!!
Ryan’s Paleo Bowl – spinach base (no rice), albacore, salmon sashimi, avocado, asparagus, toasted coconuts, jalapeno dressing ($12.95). Here is our paleo bowl! So basically it’s a poke bowl with the choice of spinach as my lettuce. Poke salad if you will. Instead of your traditional, pink spicy-mayo sauces as the dressing, this is jalapeno dressing! Slightly, slightly spicy, but not really! It could be a little stronger..
And.. the same entree sides.. 🙂 I loved and enjoyed my lunch here so much because of the current “Buy-1-Get-1 50% Off,” but if this were all full price, it would be kind of pricey.. I’m not sure if I would come back here for $13 per entree.. I feel like I might as well go somewhere nicer and indulge on a real meal. But for now, for $20 for these two? That’s a steal! So come get it while they still offer it! Maybe on your way to Vegas? Haha <3
