I know I talked about grilled cheese sandwiches before.. in fact, Mac N Cheese grilled sandwiches! That was in Pasadena called Melt It (read about it). But now Rancho Cucamonga is stepping up its game and offering up many cuisines and good restaurants to satisfy the cravings of friends and families migrating towards the East for cheaper housing (I think haha)! 

In an outdoor mall called Victoria Gardens lie The Melt. Even the name is almost the same?!!!? It’s a good place to stop by and grab a quick snack when you’re hungry from all the holiday shopping! In fact, the hot, melting cheese warms your tummy like you wouldn’t believe! 

This is the MAC DADDY filled with aged sharp and mild cheddar, creamy Mac N Cheese and smoky bacon! 

While there is a lot of cheese in this grilled sandwich, the Mac wasn’t completely covered with cheese like Mac N Cheese should be! 🙁 otherwise, this place serves up a toasty and savory grilled cheese sandwich that will satisfy your cravings!
