I love the extra effort into restaurants that have a decorative plate setting to greet you with as you sit down. Chef Andre R. was born in the French Alps and opened this restaurant in 2001. From there, he funded the soul of his restaurant with his culinary creations and exclusive collection of wines and cognacs from all over the world. Today, we get to catch a glimpse of his 7 course tasting menu that features modern and contemporary French cuisine.

Excuse me for the dim lighting! Even with my awesome camera, it was dark. 🙁 And given the classy ambiance of this restaurant, I wanted to be respectful to others so I did not flash my camera. Furthermore, I felt like I did not need to say much about each entree. Given the artistic exquisiteness of the dishes, the names and pictures are enough said. 🙂 But everything was delicious; everything cooked to perfection and service was unremarkable.
Until next time Vegas <3
