I haven’t gone to a yelp elite event in a while so here’s to the first one in 2020! This must be a Vietnamese owned place because they feature freshly cold pressed sugar cane drinks and Acai bowls! (Well, I hope my hunch is correct because I don’t wanna offend any).

Vita Canes recently opened up next to a very long standing Pho Pasteur on Valley Blvd in SN Gabriel. Our Yelp ambassador, Margaret, booked us up with a local spot to enjoy refreshing and healthy juices and Acai bowls.

Each yelpie gets a complimentary Acai bowl and drink of choice! For my Acai bowl, I got all of the layers offered because why not try all of them?!

I brought along a bestie to try it out with me! Tracey and I conveniently did not have to wait in line that long to order and get our order. We tried almost all the flavors and toppings in one punch.

The layers are original Acai, matcha, coco fresh, pitaya and warm chia seed pudding!

The toppings we picked are strawberry, blueberry, mango, sriracha chickpeas, almond butter, matcha sticks and I forgot there was more….

My favorite layers were warm chia seed pudding and matcha! The matcha had a strong dense taste while the chia layer was creamy and chewy.

My favorite topping was the almond butter. It just made everything so much sweeter and tastier!

Everyone seemed nice and friendly! The vibe was good. I would come back for their drinks!

I chose the Vita Cane drink, which is their classic. It had sugar cane juice, coconut water and coco bits. Sooooo refreshing!!
