Hi! My name is Cookie Nguyen <3. I am a 27-year-old vietnamese girl who is a born, live, and forever will die LA girl (: I am an emergency room (ER) nurse and I love my job! To be realistic, I love saving lives and I love the thrill and adrenaline rush it gives me. Last year in 2015, I graduated from CSU, Fresno with my MSN (Clinical Nurse Specialist/Nurse Educator) and my BSN (Bachelors in Nursing) – Yes. Both degrees in 3 years! In 2011, I graduated from UCLA with my BS Biology (GO BRUINS)! I am a gym rat and I believe that fitness is a way of life that I have come to embrace and can never go back on. Did I also mention that on my secret spare time, I love to play games? Hehe.
And last and foremost, I LOVE CHEESE <3
yummy, gooey, stringy cheese taken at the BEST FOOD COURT EVER located in Tokyo Central, West Covina, CA.

Seems like you have a good, sturdy framework for your blog set out, and I can’t wait to see what else comes down the pipe! As something to start out the “good eats and good meets” section, maybe try Healthy Bites in Burbank. The garlic chicken wrap is amazing and the spinach strawberry salad is actually what got me to like salad! I’ll save my normal lengthy explanation since this is a tiny text window 🙂

Ah, it seems I was seeing an older version of your website that wasn’t synced with this one. After exploring your “good eats” section, I now see that your tastes aren’t limited to just the healthy stuff that were in the original 2 recipes, and you err more on the high-end side. While Healthy Bites is a great lunch stop with really in-your-face flavors (especially with the garlic sauce) I think that you might be a bit more interested in Four Cafe in Eagle Rock. Menu changes seasonally based on fresh ingredients that are available, and they aren’t just novices that started a little hole-in-the-wall joint; they know their fundamentals (which is a rare thing to find), and they know how to match flavors.

Oh yes I like all types of foods in any type of ambience! I appreciate the suggestions you’re giving me!!! It seems like you have a lot of good places to recommend too! 🙂 you should blog about food also!
